Maurits Van der Grinten is the LZUK (LUX ZEPLIN) calibrations work package manager. Within PPD he is leader of the development, manufacture and tests of the external calibration source deployment systems for LZ.
Formerly he led the neutron
electric dipole moment (nEDM) experimental effort at the Institut
Laue–Langevin, including on-site UCN guide characterisation
measurements, data analysis and experimental report publications. He was
the founding member of PanEDM (one of the nEDM experiments) and
a member and co-author of neutron lifetime experiment.
