David Sankey is a firmware and networking expert and the joint ATLAS Upgrade Global Processor Level-3 Manager.
He is primarily focused on Phase-II system design, but also involved in developing electron feature extractor (eFEX) module firmware. He also works on firmware and networking for the CMS experiment.
